The new trailer for Marvel’s Avengers has revealed that the characters and environments have gone through extensive redesigns. The title was originally announced in 2017 as “The Avengers Project”, and then at E3 2019 Square Enix showed a full trailer and gave out more details about the game’s premise. When the first trailer was released, fan feedback was mostly positive, but a significant portion of fans criticized the design of the Avengers themselves....

Marvel’s Falcon and the Winter Soldier Disney+ show can introduce a more comic book accurate version of the Watchdogs, who appeared in Agents of SHIELD season 3. In the comics, the Watchdogs are villains who battle U.S. Agent after he becomes the new Captain America. Agents of SHIELD already used them, but there’s nothing stopping them from appearing again in a different series. First up on Disney+’s slate of MCU shows is Falcon and the Winter Soldier, which is due in fall 2020....

Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige reveals that the company is assembling a behind-the-scenes look at late icon Stan Lee’s various MCU cameos. Lee of course passed away last year at the age of 95, after a rough couple of years both personally and health-wise. While it remains sad that Lee’s gone, his contributions to pop culture via Marvel Comics and the films they’ve inspired will continue to live on forever. Actor and director Mel Gibson has nabbed the role of Santa Claus in dark action comedy Fatman. Gibson, whose most recent acting credits include crime thriller Dragged Across Concrete and comedy sequel Daddy’s Home 2, will join a whole host of fellow actors who have also played Father Christmas on the big screen, including Richard Attenborough (Miracle on 34th Street) and Tim Allen (The Santa Clause). Although by the sound of it, it’s possible Gibson’s version might be closer in tone to Billy Bob Thornton in Bad Santa....

A new hack by a Chinese manufacturer will allow a user to make an iPhone 4/4S’s Apple logo glow. Much like the MacBook’s, the logo will glow once you turn the device on. K.O. Gadget, the maker of this mod, said it can be done at home in less than five minutes. For $42, K.O. Gadget will send you the kit to perform this hack, but it would void an iPhone’s warranty....
