A Chinese smartphone company, Meitu is known for the selfie-centric smartphone company. It launched another smartphone in Beijing called Meitu T9, yesterday. The phone is also known as the smart photographer. Now the company holding a lunch event on July 26 in Taipei for Meitu T9. The pre-order of the phone will available on the same day when the company unveiled the phone in Taiwan market. The phone will available at NT$20,900 (|$685) for pre-order. It will available in Pink, Green, Red and Blue color option.

Meitu T9 comes with 6.1-inch AMOLED display that supports 1080 x 2160 pixels of resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio. It has a metal body and has only single SIM card slot on board. The T9 powered bu Octa-Core CPU under the hood which clocks at 2.2 GHz along with Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 chipset. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo operating system out of the box along with MEIOS 4.3 UI running on top. The phone has 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB internal storage option. There is another model of the phone that comes with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB internal storage. But the 4 GB RAM variant will be available in Taiwan market, this is not confirmed yet.

The main highlighted point of the Meitu T9 is cameras. The phone featured with dual cameras sensors on the both rear and as well as on the front side. On the back side, there is 12-megapixel Sony IMX363 sensor main camera with OIS, f/1.8 aperture and PDF and 5-megapixel secondary camera for depth of field details. On the front side, it has same 12-megapixel Sony IMX363 sensor main camera with OIS and PDF and 5-megapixel secondary camera for selfies and video calls. There is a fingerprint scanner too on the back side of the phone.

The Meitu T9 packed with non-removal 3100 mAh capacity battery inside the body along with fast charging feature. The phone comes with Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.0, 4G VoLTE, USB 2.0 port, 3.5mm audio jack port GSP and more connectivity features. The body dimensions of the phone are 75 x 172.5 x 9.5 mm and weighs 183.
