It looks like Moto wants to release some devices in the Chinese market to strengthen its presence. Recently, three phones of the Lenovo backed company appeared on Chinese certification site TENAA. These include the already launched Moto Z3 and the E5 Plus, along with their upcoming phone Moto One Power.
Moto Z3:
Looking at the specs, the phone looks a little upgraded from its global variant in terms of hardware. This is for no surprise, because there’s a strong competition in Chinese markets as even their domestic phone manufacturers have some serious bang-for-the-buck phones.
The phone is powered by the Snapdragon 660 Soc, unlike the global variant which comes with Snapdragon 636. The battery capacity has also been improved to 3300 mAh from 3000 mAh of the global variant. It is equipped with a 6.01 inch Full HD OLED screen with an aspect ratio of 18:9. The available memory options are 4+64 GB and 6+128 GB.
Moto E5 Plus:
The phone is equipped with a 5.99 inch 720p LCD display. The battery capacity looks reduced to 4850 mAh, from 5000 mAh we get on the global variant. Talking about the storage options, we get to see 3 variants, 4+32 GB, 4+128 GB, and 6+128 GB. The global variant of the phone also had a storage option of 2+16 GB. Another change in the hardware department might be an upgraded Snapdragon 430 Soc, unlike the Snapdragon 425 seen in the global variants.
Moto One Power:
The phone is equipped with a 6.18 inch Full HD+ OLED dosplay with an aspect ratio of 18:9. In terms of the hardware department, guesses are strong enough that we might see a Snapdragon 450 Soc. The battery capacity is same as of the Moto E5 Plus, that is 4850 mAh. The storage variants available will be 3+32 GB, 3+32 GB, 4+32 GB and 6+64 GB.
The phones are expected to launch on 2nd of August in China.
