Season 2 of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. brought one giant comic book faction into existence within the Marvel Cinematic Universe: The Inhumans. The human/Kree hybrid race are genetically enhanced individuals who traditionally gain their abilities after going through Terrigenesis. So far, S.H.I.E.L.D. has been responsible for introducing a few notable Inhumans - such as Quake and Yo-Yo - but it will fittingly be The Inhumans that fully brings the race to prominence....

Filming is underway for Disney’s Mary Poppins sequel, Mary Poppins Returns, which sees Emily Blunt in the titular role as everyone’s favorite nanny. Based on P.L. Travers other seven novels about Mary Poppins, the movie picks up a little over 20 years after the events of the original 1964 Mary Poppins movie. Jane and Michael Banks are now adults, with children of their own, and still in need of some guidance, it seems....

Week 9 of The Masked Singer has come and gone, and with the finale rapidly approaching, the internet only has a few more weeks to figure out the identities of the remaining anonymous celebrities. There aren’t many surprises, but fans are still guessing. This week had two head-to-heads. In the first battle between Butterfly and Fox, the winged beauty was unable to come out on top, putting Butterfly at risk. Even though he hasn’t helmed a superhero film in a while, he’s still an integral part of the process due to his role as Happy Hogan, one of the unsung heroes of the series. Kevin Feige says that the upcoming Marvel Studios Disney+ series will be the first time small screen projects will actually connect to the MCU movies. After wrapping up the Infinity Saga this year with Joe and Anthony Russo’s Avengers: Endgame, the superhero franchise is in the middle of transitioning to its Phase 4. While the universe’s movie slate is already laid out, Feige and his team are also expanding with their own produced TV shows starring some of the characters fans have already met, as well as others who have yet to debut....

There’s a moment in Metro Exodus’ engrossing 20 hour campaign where lead protagonist Artyom and his compatriots are desperately fleeing toward their departing train. It’s pitch black, voices are shouting out in terror and, oh yeah, dozens of cannibalistic humans are in pursuit, hoping to make the group their next meal. There’s no over-the-top soundtrack playing in the background, no helicopter coming in last minute to save them and no quippy one-liners like other first-person shooters....

The New Mutants star Maisie Williams doesn’t know when the movie will debut despite an August release date because the reshoots haven’t been filmed yet. Williams rose to fame as a key cast member on HBO’s wildly successful fantasy drama Game of Thrones, but she joined another massive franchise in 2017 when she was cast in The New Mutants.
